Shipping policy

All Australian orders are shipped using Australia Post. This service is fully trackable once Australia Post has your order. 

A flat rate of $10 is charged for regular post at checkout for all orders $100 and under. 

Need it quick? We also offer express postage via Australia Post for a flat fee of $15 available on orders.

If you order over the weekend or on a public holiday your order will be dispatched the next business day.
Please allow 1-3 business days for orders sent via Express Post and 5-7 Business days for Regular Post from the day you receive your dispatch notification.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Descend Outdoor Apparel will not be held responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses as a result of a customer supplying the incorrect details or address.
Please be sure to choose a secure delivery address, Descend Outdoor Apparel will not take responsibility for any missing or the theft of items after delivery.
We offer a signature on delivery service at an additional cost, please consider this service when placing your order.
